Please be advised that players will need to set the kibitz variable to 0 in order to start TL games via the bot.

A brief update on this. Players are not going to be obliged to set kibitz = 0, since at the moment observers are blocked from kibitzing in TL games (FICS TMs and admins are exempt from this, but the understanding is that they will know better than to kibitz anyway).
Players can kibitz, but they should be discouraged from doing so (though a pre-game greeting is obviously fine). Our feeling is that greater strictures are not necessary.
